anyone else notice the police sirens in the background? From my experience(not always but most of the time) most areas with frequent police activity or an complete lack there of = underedumicated peoples. gotta love america. Is there a way to rebuttle that video with another one? I would like to make one in replay saying that america is such a beautiful country that the government puts special rainbow-active materials in our water to make the world more enjoyable for the average yard watering folk out there.

O and i forgot you also have to have special american air to create this rainbow effect, the fruitcake chemicals in the air must react with the rainbowactive materials in the water to create this rainbow phenomenon
