I found out just how long you can use the plasma cutter for before you burn your retinas. (It's actually about the same amound of time as it takes when welding)

So today....
I'm laying at home with a cold washcloth over my eyes.

I blame Z; I was working on his heel gaurds.

 

we have all been there not very nice at all they will be ok in a few days

 

lol hey i cant be held liable for you now wearing any eye protection.. ha even sunglasses will work

 

always use PPG

 

while building up armored turrets my first deployment i used the plasma cutter alot and for the most part used a set of yellow tinted glasses. no problems. then got the "riddick" goggles and they worked nicely...i dont get it.....

I could stare into the sun in the middle of summer......and they were pretty cool!
