Dude! I was fixing to ask the same question. I am a pipefitter/mainenance guy for the government. Been with the feds for six years now. Great pay, for someone with no college. The last grade I actually completed was the 8th, got my G.E.D. though and completed my welding cert. Big ups to the federal employees union, AFGE AFL-CIO. GO UNION!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm a cashier at a tribal (Mescalero Apache) casino, working the graveyard shift. All my co-workers are overweight, female, natives. The customers are mostly drunk losers. I am surrounded by unhappy people and it is a constant motivator for me to be happy for the blessings I've been given. Peace,G.

ORIGINAL: Manowar Vin

I'm a machine operator at a corrugated packaging factory. Yeah, I make cardboard boxes. Hard, sweaty, and dirty work with ungodly hours and ridiculous temps in the summer. This week has been 3 AM to 3 PM everyday. Leaves me with little time or energy to do much of anything in my off time. Pays decent w/ benefits. My normal hours are great when the mandatory OT doesnt hit yah. 7AM-3PM. Thankfully it doesnt hit me that often these days. Yeah but summer makes you contemplate quitting every day basically. 110+ degrees with over 90% humidity all day.
my step dad either gets his hours cut back or laid off everywinter so i guess its better than that
he just got a new job that is actually growing and will be secure and my mom said u better not be complaining about over time ever again! haha. cuz its like6 months since hes been able to work and its been hard around here lol.

and o yea i go to college and mow for my dads lawn care business.

I'm in my first year at Olympic College (which none of you have heard of I'm sure its a CC school,) I work loss prevention for a major retail store, and I'm also a Volunteer Firefighter, and in August I'm going to be applying for a Police agency in this area.
