And at first he won'twave back... so I'm like WTF and I kind of wave my hand in the air... then I notice he'stalking on a freakin cell phone while he's riding! Ignoring the hell out of me but he has one hand up to his ear talking on a cell phone. What a huge tool bag! Pissed me off pretty bad to be honest...AND I think it was the same guy that gave me a ticket lastweekfor "too fast for conditions"

 

so go to the station and complain..

 

yeah, talk about setting an example. bad enough to be in the cage on the cell, much less 2 wheels. if you are gonna do that, atleast get a BT or other hands free device.

 

+1 complain about that ****! They are supposed to me model citizen and uphold the law and be safe at all times and being on a phone while riding certainly doesn't fall under the safe category.

 

some cops don't wave cause it's dangerous to ride with only 1 hand.

 

OH and I forgot to mention this is a state where you can get a ticket for talking and driving at the same time

 

i would have turned around and followed him, taking pictures with my camera phone

but making damn sure that my zip-tied, rashed up body kit was still hanging on by a thread...

If its not expressly illegal you have nothing to complain over.

 

DO NOT GO TO THE STATION AND COMPLAIN!!! do you really want a big red bullseye on your back every time you go out on your bike? what good would it do anyway? they wont listen to you and if they do they will just laugh as soon as you walk out!!

 

i wave at bike cops all the time and i always think "just wait , there gonna flip a bitch and come pull me over for taking my hand off the bar to wave" haha but actually sometimes they wave back
