My integrated gsxr mirrors....

and am currently working on a little project to replace them...

im pretty excited, and will update once the parts I ordered come in

dont suppose anyone can guess what i is up to now?

 

Are you going to mount those flush mounts where the mirrors normally go and use a bar end mirror?

 

ay we have a winner... rdub... yea im going to drill a small hole in the mirror block offs for the wires then use glue to mount the flushmounts to the block off and put the block offs on...

and then run bar ends... ay howd you guess? lol

i came up with it because all the integrated block offs look like junk imo... this will be a nice alternative

 

Normally I am not a fan of block offs and bar end mirror cause it just looks like something is missing but I am kinda excited to see how this turns out. Could be pretty bad ****.

yea pimpin just like those... i know they make them, i saw them but imo they look like junk when mounted on a bike and arent very bright...

im hoping this is a brighter better alternative

 

greggs customs makes nice ones but they are only for the 08+ 1k RR and at 100 a set eh ill pass

 

i have those on one of the 1k's. well they are the same design so i assume they are the same. they should be fine.

 

Won't the led flashes blind you? Or will it be out of ur vision range?

 

should be outa my vision range... worse case my dark smoke db screen should make it so I dont see em
