Shortbuss - dammit we've got the same helmet. I hate it now. Not because of you but because I should have known better than to get it, lol. It's a killer looking helmet but dammit there's like 4 other dudes in my city that have them...

My next is gonna be a something. I don't know what but I want a nice one, lol.

I saw at least 2 other people in Pittsburgh with this helmet. One was some tit on a chromed out Busa with the extended swingarm and red duct tape holding the tail section together. Made me feel like a real winner. Anyway, the helmet matches my bike scheme well, and I have no plans to replace it anytime soon. I get a lot of complements for the flat paint scheme and the texture too.

Effing sick gear.

I don't know if it's because I've been wearing contacts for a while but I have to have a tinted visor. Clear ones kill my eyes.

Oh yeah, nice bugs.
I always have to wear sunglasses or my eyes will water, so I always had to have a tinted visor too. Its been hot so I started riding with sunglasses and my visor up that way it keeps crap out of my eyes but it is a lot cooler. I don't care what visor is on there, esp since my $40 mirror visor just broke a tab and I refuse to buy another.

Ugh, bugs. That's one thing I could live without while riding. I found myself carrying a little pump bottle of windex and a micro-fiber rag with me every where I go on my bike to solve the helmet issue. As for my coat, it's a minefield!

For some unknown reason we have ungodly sized bugs here in De. and being picky the way I am I have to clean the front of my bike and my helmet almost every day, they look just like alot of you guys helmets, just a suggestion for you to clean em off........Take a soft fairly large bath towel and soak it with water, ring it out to where it is still fairly wet and lay it over the front of your bike or helmet, let it soak for 15-20 min. come back and the bugs wipe right off!! Really keeps from scratching your paint and visor...Just a tip sorry for thread jacking

Deerslayer, maybe the Chesapeake Bay has something to do with the bugs in Delaware.

Bugs are everywhere. I am sure we have all had a helmet look like this after a ride at some point. I like hitting the big June bugs, you can almost see them coming at you in slow motion, then SPLAT!!! Big smear all over the place, sometimes with eggs, if your lucky. That'll keep you going when your hungry out on the road.

If it wasn't for cold weather, bugs would probably rule the earth. Kind of like Starship Troopers.

I heard that there is a new helmet out there that has a flip-down sun visor built into the helmet, but I havent' seen one yet personally and I don't remember the name brand.
