Two days of it in the forecast... so far melting as it hits the ground. Its sort of a relief now that it has hit, no more wondering when its coming. Hopefully it turns around and we get an indian summer( Can I say that here?) or is it an aboriginal heat spell?

Well, Fall is, in fact, the Native American's Summer, so if you're worried about offending the seasons, don't worry.

Just saw the forecast for snow in Chicago on Sunday. It's because I opened my mouth. Good thing I'll be in San Antonio til Mon.

Mmmmm a balmy 85 here in FL today!!

It got cooler (around 75) for a couple days last week and seemed like it might head that way for the year... but we're looking at high 80s for the near future!

I'm actually looking forward to it cooling off so I can ride my bike!! Damn that summer heat!

It's been in the 90's here all week in New Orleans. Hopefully it will finally cool off some next week.

You couldnt say that in Aussie, your post would read:
WARNING:this post may contain references to spirits or the dead.......etc etc

What a world we live in,or are we just caretakers till the Dinosaurs stop hibernating?
