It is absolutely spam/malware.

Do not click on/open anything.

I would also recommend downloading malwarebytes anti-malware.... update it... and scan with it.
It's a good free program and a great supplement to things like AVG.

 

Thanks Trout. I didn't do it. I also have AVG and Malware bytes and CCleaner. Avg gets run daily and mareware and ccleaner runs on fridays. Thanks for letting me know wabout that. Just want to make double sure.
