so i just came back from watching it...ugh...there were some funny parts...but overall....ugh...rental at best...i love the simpsons show, and i wanted to love this movie, i really did...

 

i hate to say it myself, but i didnt think it was going to be good either. I'm not a simpson's fan actually, but the commericals were pretty funny "a rock and a hard place" or when homer is mushing those dogs haha.. but i mean anyone could put the most funniest parts on the commericals then the rest of the movie blows (i cant remember the last movie that did that...)

but oh well, i'll go see it just because it's the simpson's... i mean they been running forever, got to support that.. =P

 

I was thinking it couldn't live up to the hype. I do plan on getting it through Netflix...

 

thanks for the heads up I really thought it was gonna be good... but I haven't really watched the simpsons in like 10 years so I'm not enough of a die hard fan to go see it

i have heard it is supposed to be good, but i stopped watching years ago as the writing got worse. i heard groening was doing this one so it should be better, but this is the first ive heard from someone seeing it. i probably wont go see it in the theater, well, because i dont go to the movies anyways.

 

i'm going tonight to watch it. its worth it just to seehomer and the pig together

 

Yea my buddy went to a midnight show and texted me at like 2 in the morning saying it was lame... he said the halloween episode was better... oh well

 

Thats the thing. Fans of the show got their hopes to high they made the movie not good. To me its just a long episode. Nothing more.

 

All I am going to say is "Family Guy Rocks"
