I went with the 1K. I love the looks. Not as much as the looks of my bike. But thats where performance comes in. And thats for a different poll. Your bike is totally sick though. Dont get me wrong. But I just really like the styling of the 1K.

Wow i am surprised, i did not think this would be as close as it is, very interesting. I remember all the posts when the 1k was first released and how horrible it looked. Seems now that its either grown on people, or they are ignoring it for the fact thats the mags say its the best bike going. Welp guess i was wrong, i thought this would be a landslide for the 54.

 

LOVE the 954, I have yet to ride one but damn do they look sweet. My fav is the black/silver combo. Im hoping to upgrade to one in a few years, I figure I should be able to find a pretty decent one for 5k when the time comes. After a house it will be my next major purchase I think

The 954 is WAAAY better looking, so on looks alone, she gets my vote.

However you can't deny the performance/ technology advantage that the new litrebike has.
And performance has it's own unique beauty, so as an overall package the 1000 would have gotten my vote. The 1000 has some features (looks wise) that I REALLY dislike, but overall it is not an ugly bike.

 

Haha, no terror story to tell TK. I've just been on a '07 1KRR and the thing was sick. You look at thethrottle the wrong way and it could be your last time.Anything bigger then a 750 would shy me away.

Kid, very true statement. However, my skill level is nowhere where it needs to be riding any bigger bikes. No forgiveness, which I do need time to time.

 

I like them both...it's kinda like asking which one of the two girls in Cloverfield I'd rather bone...

 

If you get rid of any 954 for any other bike, Honda or not your ****in crazy, bottom line.
