Default signature banner image?

Ok, after playing around with the feature for a while, I can't seem to make it work. But how do you get an image to show up as the signature banner at the bottom?

havent tried it on this board, but i assume it uses HTLM tags.

use carrots "< >" instead of paranthethis in my example:

(img src="url of the image you want")

Well poo. I have it on putfile, and I've read the step by step instructions in the FAQ's here and still nothing. On putfile theres a URL, a BB and an HTML I believe. I also tried putting [IMG] in front and [/IMG] at the end. Still nothing. Is there a file size limit?

you got an image there now, as well as a bunch of other text.

this is the code on mine:

Code:
All you need is this:

Code:
After posting there is a check box that says 'add signature' this must be checked to show your sig for that given post. there is also an option right under the signature text box in the profile that says 'Always attach signature in posts' which will do what it says.
