Well according to NASA the ***** "too perfect" design does create random curving...

so i mean ide def see that as a problem as a player... if i can go to walmart and buy a 10 dollar ball that flies straighter than the expensive world cup ball....

Incidentally, a lot of the feedback hasn't been that the ball was bad but that it's much more touchy and rewards better ball strikers. Keepers don't like it because it can be bent a lot at low speeds and is less "predictable".

Everyone hates change and there were complaints about the new ***** in '02 and '06. Dissent is to be expected.
Yeah heaven forbid there would be more scoring in soccer. Then it might be watchable
