This sounds just like when the NBA introduced a new Spalding basketball. Players complained that the surface was abrasive when dry, slippery when wet, and that it bounced differently.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

I thought about this already, and if it's done right.... hands are most certainly involved... LOL..

But yeah, everything else you said is spot on, imo.

Basketball requires alot more out of the ball. It doesnt matter if a soccer ball is dry, wet, or how it bounces

You should check your facts. The ball was used in several leagues and events prior to the 2010 World Cup. Check out appearances for where it was used.

Incidentally, a lot of the feedback hasn't been that the ball was bad but that it's much more touchy and rewards better ball strikers. Keepers don't like it because it can be bent a lot at low speeds and is less "predictable".

Everyone hates change and there were complaints about the new ***** in '02 and '06. Dissent is to be expected.

no no no lol thats what i mean.... i was sure that the ball had been previously tested.... so idk why the problem wasnt caught sooner than using it in the world cup is all

What problem? All of the complaints are from people that just aren't used to the ball.
