2 years ago , today, my little angel was born. She was 6 weeks early. A 3lb 14oz, 17 inch long little miracle. She is my 3rd child, (first with my current wife) but she is my baby girl. She caused us a lot of worry the day before and the day of, her birth. Had a lot of moments when her heart beat got too faint for the dr's to hear and caused a lot of panic. The day she was born, the dr couldn't hear or find a heartbeat at all, for about 20 minutes, so they sent my wife in for an emergency c-section.

She had some trouble breathing on her own at first and had trouble with holding her temp, so she was sent to the NICU. But my little fighter started breathing like a champ and holding her temp. She was able to come home Christmas Eve and be with the family for Christmas.

Now 2 years later, my little girl is hitting the terrible 2's and has a bit of an attitude, and her favorite word is "no", lol.

Sorry to get all sappy, hahaha, but I am a proud Dad.

 

 

I'm not a father (as far as I know anyhow) but I do have two nieces whom I love to death. Kids bring a certain light to a situation that will let you be happy no matter what else is going on in your life. I wouldn't mind having one or two of my own but it's just not a good idea right now. One reason being that I'm single. The second reason (as I told LJ the other night) is maybe I just need to get laid and ya know the more I think about it the more it makes sense. Why would I want kids when I can just borrow my nieces when I want them and give them back when I dont?

Yep...I need ta get laid.... :/

Wishing your daughter a happy birthday and many more. Like I tell everyone, nights are never the same after you have children. I must wake up 5 times just to check on my 2 boys. One is 2 1/2 and the other is 3 months and they make the house a home. Johnnyh

 

dude.... i go to a college with a 5:1 guy to girl ratio. there are 6 girls in my major. I KNOW WHERE U ARE AT lol it sucks

im glad to heaar everything is all good with ur daughter....

and my son is about to be 3 in january and the terrible 2's dont seem like they ever go away.his new saying is because,why,how,NO!!!,wanna fight.......the wanna fight thing is getting a little out of hand though from playn rough and then he thinks he can play like that with his 9mt sister
