Scratch that - slightly wrong formula - my new answer is 619.884 Hz but that still is probably wrong :-D
Just think...the waves are getting compressed cause they are moving towards eachother..so its gotta be greater than 600Hz...could be 619, but i think its higher

Freaken teacher straight out told us he wouldnt teach us this chapter. But at least it wont be on the final.

Yeah, when i saw the 588 i was like... waiiiiit a minute... lol. But I was a comp sci major, not a math or physics major - I let computers do the math for me ;-)

my vote is still 620ish though...

if u want to see my forumla let me know, I can show you how i got to 620ish (I am using a 5 function calculator so I did some rounding)...

I hate guys like this...one of my professors i have says "well you guys are responsible for this" and doesnt teach us it at all. It IS on the tests..Hes such a dick. When he does teach, he sucks *** at it, and gets most of the example problems he does wrong...

If there was one person in this world i could shoot it would be him.

I just want to finish these LAST 3 problems for physics so I can go back to learning how to build oilrigs. Thats right oilrigs. I'll be rich bishes.

What formula are you using where you can just straightout look at it and know it wasn't 588.
