Default Scorpion helmet modification!!!!!!!!

I just couldnt handle the distance between a fully closed visor and when you lift the visor to the first notch. (on an exo-400/exo700)The gap isjust too far and you get too much wind on your face.It makes you just want to leave it in the fully closed position. Well not anymore!!! A guy on PNWriders.com was the guinea pig for this little fix. I tried it out and it worked great!

He took a lighter and got the end of the coat hanger good and hot. Then carefully made new notches under the old notches. IT WORKS GREAT, just made them deep enough that it will stay there. Don't go too low though or I'm sure it won't work as well. I used a jewelers file instead of the hangar. Tried to keep the same spacing between notches as the others. Haven't been riding yet since I just finished but seems like it will work nicely!

Pics of course.

you have problems with your scorpion fogging?? I havent yet, this is a good trick though, just to get that right amount of breeze in there in case those cheese dogs come up in toxic gaseous form..lol
