Basically it goes into detail about how her poor dad died and she has 6.3billion in a bank account in the us and I will get 10% if i give her my bank info, ssn, etc.

Anyone else getting one of these from cbrforum?

 

There were. Its spam. Its everyone whos name it towards the top of the list on the members page. Everyone who has gotten one has a SN that starts with a number.

 

For reals... I will be banning this account/ip address in about 3 minutes...

 

Ok.. his IP is banned and his account. So he'll have to start a new one to do more spam. Let me know if you get any more of this.

Awww...I feel bad for her and her dad. I want 10% of 6.3 billion dollars. Hmm...I think I'll email her...

 

Thanks, just thought i'd let ya'll know. I sent her an email but I'm not sure those scammers understand some of the words I used Don't think i'll be getting that 10%....

 

I wouldn't respond to any scam/phishing type emails. It let's them know it's a "live" email address and they give/sell it to other spammers as the address becomes more valuable. beware mang. hope you used a disposable return email addy.
