Default Scam or No Scam?

So im looking to pick up another bike before the snow hits and i got this response from a guy i emailed yesterday:

Hi,
the bike is in great condition, has been properly maintained, has never been laid down or abused in any way. it comes with a clean title and the price I'm selling it for is $2650, which is including all charges.
I used to live in New Baltimore but I'm currently working in the UK (London) and I'll be moving here permanently within the next few months and I can't afford the luxury of taking the bike with me so I decided to let it go.
I'm using a privately-held company called Carlines Ltd. to sell this bike, I left it at their warehouse before leaving to the UK, the title and all paperwork is along with the bike in their possession. they are supervising the entire sale process from payment, shipping with a 14-day return policy, title transfer service or/and (if needed) returns and refunding.
if you want to purchase it, let me know and I will explain you how the company works and how the transaction will be handled.
Thanks

i guess it might be one thing if i could go look at the bike in person etc. but i googled that company briefly and nothing came up. You would think a company that works with buying and selling would atleast have a website for contact info. and besides... do you ever give the title of your bike away!!?? IDK what do you guys think?

What kind of bike is he trying to sell for 2650? Sounds like a scam to me. And if the price is too good to be true then I would bet that it is.

i always like to mess with em. some of em will actually email back and forth for awhile.

i'm always like where's the warehouse. then when they tell me a city, i say i live near there and will just stop by and have a look at the bike prior to buying it. some of their comebacks get pretty funny. lol
