It was still damp out from the rain, I was leaving the bank, heard a crash looked up and saw the guy IN THE AIR flying over the car stopped at a red light. I called 911, but there was a fire/rescue unit that was at the same intersection already. I believe he was on a cruiser, but I didn't go over to look. He was definitely moving fast, he wound up about 40 feet in front of the car. Anyway, he is getting brain surgery today.

Do us all a favor, and wear your helmet.

ive rode bitch without a helmet at Myrtle and i wont do it again. I love my life for one, and i def dont want to mess up my face. . . please wear your helmets!!

I own 4 helmets and i ordered another i have no excuse. lol ( i love helmets)

 

I never ride without my helmet, I get nervous just taking the bike up the street without my lid on. I'm with you on the multiple helmet thing. I've go 3 for myself and I bought a few cheaper one for when I take my female friends for a ride, they'll atleast have a proper fitting helmet and they all use on of my other jackets.

I was driving down a side-street in my town this summer, and a friend of mine rounded the corener onto the same street in the oposite direction as me. (I was in my Pathfinder, he was on his Yamaha cruiser) Anyway, I ended up hitting him head-on, sending him into my windshield.

He had no helmet on. He's lucky to be alive.

Damn, i saw a guy on a hd go down on his way to bike night wed. i came up to the accident right as the ambulance was pickin him up off the road. didnt look like him or his buddy had a lid on either. my lil accident scared the crap out of me when i wasnt wearin mine and ill never go on my bike again wit out wearin full gear cause that road rash ****e hurts like a mother****er
