At least drunk posting won't get you arrested.........and we'd all get a good laugh out of it
AND the next day you'd be around to apologise !

I am getting to the point whereI don't really enjoy going out and drinking because I hate leaving my truck somewhere else over night and I don't want to drive while drunk. Too much can happen anymore, and I will lose my job if I get a DUI. It's not worth it.
I was spending probably a grand a month on booze last year (late 2006 and early 2007), my tolerance was so high, I wouldn't get drunk, just hungover. So I took two months off to get my tolerance down and it stuck, I have a beer at lunch once or twice a week and that is it. It is nice not driving buzzed or leaving your car places.

I hardly ever go to the ATM now and really have noticed the extra $$$.I am starting to think that the country should bring back prohibition in some form, like dry sundays or something.

I don't know the driver's relationship to the passenger, just the basic details I described originally.

Fox, I do have to confess that I have been arrested for DUI. I have no justification for doing it, and I can count on a single hand the amount of times I have driven drunk. I don't condone it and it was an error in judgement on my part. I was always very good about havinga DD or partying in places close enough to walk home...it's a mistake I regret and won't repeat, and not just because I got caught.

In Oregon, you can't buy booze on Sunday and there is no liquor in the supermarkets. You have to buy it from the state stores (O.L.C.C.). However, you can buy beer and wine seven days a week. No biggie for me. I like to drink beer mostlyand enjoy the occassional shot of chilled Patron.
