sorry..its the dell inspiron 530..but its the higher end one (6gb ram and highest memory)

I think the adapter that I have seen only comes with workstations; not desktops. It is similar to a DVI, but the pin configuration is differnt, it is probably proprietary and only for certain systems. I dont see an adapter.

If you dont know how then its really something you shouldn't even worry about. I seriously doubt you'd even use the 2nd monitor.

there is, with a video card with two video ports. you can buy that $10 card, but i bet the one in your computer right now is better.

ask dell if it has on board grapics or a card, and if it has dual dvi out.

if you are spending that much on a comp dont skimp on graphics, you can get a decent card from newegg.com for like 100 bucks.

or a good one for like 200 bucks

just looked it up, rrasco is right.

you can get a decent card with your comp, the bottom 2 options on the dell site ($100 and $140) will run 2 monitors and they should be ok.

That one looks good to me..and its a little more in my price range...So i get that and put it in and i should be able to run 2 monitors right?
