So far there have only been four Rockies. Part V was an embarassment to all movies ever made as well as the franchise. I like the plot of this Rocky, however. When you have real life heavy weights like George Foreman winning the belt at about 55 years young, the story is at least plausible. If you can believe it, Sly is 60 years of age. Damn, it seems like just yesterday I was watching First Blood. I will see this movie in the theater, but I will probably have to fly solo...unless you will go with me Compulady .

 

i actually saw it tonight. i have to agree with voodoochyl, the plot of rocky is awesome. i dont like too many movies like that but rocky is bad ***. the fifth one kinda sucked but at least that punk got his *** kicked. part six was actually really good. im not sure what you will think of it but i liked it alot. it is alot of filling in lost time through years. it doesnt take place one after another like the rest, it is also a little soft. but yea, its a good movie.

It's worth it... good story... good flashbacks...not bad. I'm not sure about paying full price... saw it the day it came out... the place was full! Good mixed crowd.

 

I'm a huge movie buff but I'm not gonna go see it. Ever hear of the website, bumfights? Think Geriatric fights, no thx. although i did see a video on break with two old guys fighting, i'll see if i can get some linkage goin.
