Have had 2 shotguns and 1 pistol pointed at me. Have fired my weapon once. And it can happen anywhere because stupidity is everywhere

Sucks but aside from being pissed at the slow assed cops, I was happy to walk away minus $20.

And yes, while I carry it would have been suicide to try to draw against a shotgun already pointed at me
If he's prepered to point a shotgun at you and take your money (regardless of how much money) then he should be prepared to take a bullet in the back as he runs away. Bit hard to explain the "self defense" though.

He never turned away from me. I had to back away from him. He wasn't dumb, never closed to within reach. Told me to take my id and credit ccards out the wallet. Made me drop the wallet.

fired from one of these

You guys are what feeds into the bull**** responsible gun owners go through... It was in a nice middle class neighborhood of one of the safest places to live in the country(go figure).

I highly recommend you guys go to a range and have an instructor let you take a few shots. You will feel a lot safer if you ever find yourself in a situation with guns.

I wish NJ let us carry. We have Newark, Camden and Patterson and we can't even carry a gun to defend ourselves. Yet every criminal out there has a gun illegally so we honest citizens are just left defenseless.

Better to be judged by 12, than carried by 6 I always say.

People are stuck in their innocent little worlds. They listen to the man and have 100% trust in the police/government. They are in for a big shock when they are out of their comfort zone!
