I heard he died, I didnt hear any of the details though. I would have figured old age since he was 72. But if he was found hanging, I guess that would probably mean foul play.

Sad, I liked the characters he played, even when playing the villain he was likable.
They say that it could be suicide or maybe performing that weird sex strangulation thing & went to far (ALA Michael Hutchins from INXS). RIP Grasshopper.

Thai police: Carradine death may be accidental

By MICHAEL CASEY – 3 hours ago

BANGKOK (AP) — The body of American actor David Carradine, best known for the 1970s TV series "Kung Fu," was found in a hotel room closet with a rope tied to his neck and genitals, and his death may have been caused by accidental suffocation, Thai police said Friday.

The 72-year-old actor's body was discovered Thursday in his luxury suite at Bangkok's Swissotel Nai Lert Park Hotel. Police initially said they suspected suicide, though Carradine's associates had questioned that theory and authorities later said no suicide note was found in his room.

Police Lt. Gen. Worapong Chewprecha told reporters that Carradine was found with a rope tied around his genitals and another rope around his neck.

"The two ropes were tied together," he said. "It is unclear whether he committed suicide or not or he died of suffocation or heart failure."

LOL...that's up each individual I guess.

Not that it matters, but I never forgave Carradine for taking that job in Kung Fu away from Bruce Lee.

May Lee, a true hero, truly rest in peace!!!

Ah, He didnt take it away from lee, the studio gave it to him because they were prejudice against asians. If Carradine didnt take it, someone else would have. I thought he did an awesome job as an actor. Lee was the real thing. I have to give props to both men for being great in their chosen field. Carradine was an actor who did martial arts. Lee was a Martial artist who acted...... Big difference.
