Unhappy Rider Down...Prayers Needed

Hey Guys, as some of you might know already a good friend of ours was involved in a bad motorcycle accident on 2/16/09. A lot of details are still unknown but Jason(Jaynd) needs your prayers and best wishes right now.

He was medi-vac'd to shock trauma when he has since gone and come out of surgery for his broken bones. He has a long rong of recovery ahead of him. Updates to come when we get them.

Thoughts and prayers are with him... But why on God's green earth did they take his helmet off!!! That is a MAJOR no-no. That could have been the only thing saving his brain. (most my family work in the er or paramedics) My mom told me a story about a guy that was brought in one night, and the medics took his helmet off (at the scene) and his head swelled like a baloon, he eventually died from his injuries. But, if the medics left the helmet on, the hospital probably coulda saved him cause they woulda been prepared to operate immediately, instead of waiting 5 minutes for the ambulance to show up. Anyways God be with you Jay.
