I would be reminded to often of the movie "The Hills have Eyes"(at least I think that's what it was called)

You wouldn't catch me stopping even for a **** break let alone a 5 minute gas stop.

i learned about that placein my electrical apprenticeship. people are buying get-away homes there because the fishing and hunting is the best ever due to it being abandoned and nature being able to survive without being bothered. Its still leaking to this day, and the other reactors are still in operation. That Nuclear reactor is about 1/4 the size of an American on...can you imagine what would happen here if one were to melt down? Its crazy to think about. I read up about it online because its very interesting to me.

That would just be crazy, The silence there has to be insane to a point of being creepy. I'd always be looking over my shoulder.
