Piece of advice. Next time leave your helmet on your bike along with your jacket.

I would have done what you did in all reality of it all. Some times you got to do what you gotta do to get home.

Been there, done that! Spent 45 minutes shaking my gear and smashing ants. My ride home took about 45 minutes. Should have done a better job on the pants; over a hundred bites on each leg. Gear stays on the bike now,lol!

in a no helmet law state i would just take it off and ride home and then karate chop those little bastards.

law or no law I still wear my helmet.

ants or not lol. It helps to be familar with how to take all the pads/lining out of your helmet too
