You can start by contacting these guys & ask for Cory. They used to rent but I think they stopped that part of the business but Cory could probably tell you were to go. They are good guys & helpful. He did my tires last summer for the cost of them & didn't charge me labor. www.ridetime.net

My bf was trying to look it up, whatever place he found online was 2,000 dollar deposit and 150 a day. And I would be going to visit a friend.. it would be rude to take advantage of riding all day. :-/ Just would be nice to go out for a little bit.. ride around if our friends have to work and his friend and my friend are an hr apart...

He mentioned it would ruin a set of tires just riding straight that many miles, but it still sounds cheaper than renting. I dunno.. I don't think he wants to put that many miles on his motor, he's still been tweaking it. We might rent a Uhaul and throw the bikes in the back.

22yrs cant rent a sports bike? Damnit. I ride all the time in below freezing temps on ice and snow....they wont let me ride a bike in pretty arizona? damn

The only reason they dont is the insurance's lawyers wont allow it. i showed up with all the gear and the licence endorsment which is more than most showed up with (he told me). still couldnt do it.

I think it is the actuaries. Just like for cars. You can't rent a car until you are 25 in a lot of places.

sad but true... your insuance will even drop big time when you turn 25.

Oh, and you need to get married too.

So you have to ask yourself if the discount is really worth it.

already got that particular box filled out. been married about three years. and have a son that will be 2 in march
