Its a large Church we have in Bunbury, St Boniface .. compared to the size of the village, quite a history too!!

I am not big on Churches, I usually find them cold and drafty places but I can sit in this one for ages it has a good feel inside ..its very light and airy and quite warm actually ..it has a silence in there that is almost loud ..a quiet village in the middle of nowhere and this solid sandstone church makes for a very peaceful half hour sit if you need it ..during midweek the place is empty all day each day, I will often just walk in and have a quiet few moments .. one of those churches with a lovely "feel" to it ..cant really explain why I am drawn here but I am ..I just am!! :-)

This church was built around 1300 and something but there has been a church on this site for well over a thousand years :-)

Wow! That church is beautiful inside (not that I'm an expert on the inside of churches). From the outside it looks like it would be alldark and dreary inside but it's not at all. Great pics Jules!

Yeah, the sandstone really softens the light. Sometimes, marble churches can look cold and lifeless.

You dont have to know anything about churches, or even be religious or spiritual but if I took you inside this church you would definitely find it a very pleasant place to spend some quiet time in and reflect ..theres just something about it ..again pics are hard to capture a place but its just so warm, light and airy inside and has a feeling of complete and utter peace :-)

Straight up, I live in a fairy tale ..lol ..its all idyllic cottages and castles stooped in history ... people never want to leave here once they come and see it, thing is we cant allow them to leave either ..lol
