Default Refinishing Carbon Fiber

As some of you may remember I bought a used D&D Carbon Fiber canister while I was doing my custom shorty D&D alum can. Well it looked like it had be thru hell and back. I am in the process now of redoing it.

Heres a pic of how the CF look when I got it.

Wow very impressive. Looks real good Les (sorry you really remind me of that guy on discovery Surviorman haha)

I bought a used CF hood a while back for 50$ it was really really beat up, wet sanded the whole thing re-cleared it and buffed it and sold it for 100$. Looks amazing though cant wait to see it finished

That's awesome, I didn't know you could refurbish carbon fiber like that. Are you going to put that on your bike or sell it?

I will use it for my 'quiet' pipe when I need one. My other pipe is a Polished Alumium D&D I shortened to 13". Needless to say it bellows thru the mountains lol.
