I would like to think i am considerate also, i know i would never toss one out the window, hell i have been tagged before with one or 2 myself.

 

WOW, I didnt know it was such a big deal. I do it all the time, but its easy to make sure that it hits the pavement right beside my cage. Im going to stop now though. I never smoke close to a public place though, that **** pisses me off.

 

It's amazing how much people litter in Massachusetts. Hey smokers, that thing under the radio is an ashtray -- try using it sometime.

I wish the state would drop the cost of the fine to something reasonableand cops would start nailing litterers. There's no enforcement whatsoever.
