wow that is a horrible way to go. sorry for the loss

and as far as it not hitting you yet, that is normal, a lot of times it doesn't actually set in until you go to the funeral. to me the funeral/visitation is a time to grieve share memories and honor the person. just hang in there and remember all the good memories
