question to the subject
Distance from Florida to New Zealand must be around 8,000 miles or more. To make that in one and one-half hours you'd have to travel around 5,333 miles per hour. Maybe the CIA has something that will move that fast, but it's debatable.

The shuttle orbits at about 17 or 18k mph, so yes.
Are you talking about commercial aircraft? The answer would be no.
I think Florida is nearly the opposite side of the world from FL, so it'd probably take upwards of 20 hours to get there on the average 747. (no actual calculations have been done here, lol)
