Hey rrasco, head over to the walmart. Shower heads are quite cheap and easy to install.

 

Generally keep the faucet head aimed high so no trauma from me.

 

If you get it to the right pressure and spot it feels good.

 

$20-30, and this guy has break pads to buy.

 

Use a toothpick or something and clear out the holes.

I actually have done that before... not at home but in a hotel shower one time, those stupid water saving shower heads that damn near blow a hole in your skin (or your *******!). I almost fell over.... it hurt pretty bad [&:]

 

Been there done that, stupid adjustable heads, and girlfriends who don't put them back on the appropriate setting.

 

I try to keep my ***** away from pressurized things.
