i've been wondering the same thing. I've seen lots of guys do it and was wondering if it was a muscle thing or balance type issue. If it's a muscle the bike around then there's no way I'll be able to (female with little to no upper body strength) but if it's balance then maybe I could learn?

i think that way is harder than the way i do it.

ok here i go. turn the wheel to the right
pull down on the handle bars so the back end comes off the ground but the front is not.
now just walk backwards in a circular motion
the front tire dragging on the ground will help the bike stabilize so it is not teeter tottering on the stand

wish i could get a video for that but i couldnt find one

no its not gonna **** up ur stand at all .. cuz this is the way they tell u on the instruction of the back of the chain lube bottle i got from honda .. just for ppl who dont have stand .....what i do is that i grab the belt that goes around the passenger seat wand lean the bike on the kick stand like im gonna lube it and then spin it around the stands . it only takes couple seconds so it realy doesnt do that much stress on the kick stand .. i will try to post a vid for it .
