Talking Pure Heaven

Pinch me, I cant believe it happened, I scored so big... I landed the bike ive wanted for 8 years, sat on it at the dealer , drooled and left unhappy not being able to afford a $8,800 bike. I bought a 2001 929 with alittle over 3000mi on the counter, the bike is truly a baby, the previos owner was a first time bike owner and did know what he was getting when he bought this beast, i think he was a bit scared of it. This is the sweetest bike i have ever ridden or owned and ive rode some newer ones. when the key turns, hearing the fuel pump kick on and prime makes me absolutly giddy. I looked at so many of these bikes and they were all either ragged out or not the color, or painted. me being a purist with my cbrs , a naturally wanted one that was not worked on by an idiot.this bike runs , shifts and rides like a brand new bike. I washed and waxed every inch and kept waiting to find a scrape or messed up decal , and never found a blemish. olny thing it needs is a new front tire, it looked like he rode it with low air and it has worn poorly.BIG deal. Have any of you woke up at 2 in the morning to go and see if that bike is really in YOUR garage? I'm The happiest cat in the world. trying to post a couple pics with this.
