Believe it or not. On deployment I did not have alot to do soI read. Well one of the books what a book about How to be a better lover. They say depending how intense the sex is you can burn up to 1,100 calories an hour. Yes that is what they are saying. I read another book that said the same thing. Possibility that it could be true.

 

My girlfriend loses about 5 pounds every time we have sex...
