I was ticked off at the fact that the huge OEM turn signals cracked my fairing.

Thumbs down Fairing

My girlfriend dropped my bike when I was teaching her how to ride in a parking lot. She didnt pull in the clutch to stop. It fell over maybe a foot or two outa my reach.

my 1st drop, had my bike about 2 days, sitting outside my house on Suzuki 2 stroke. "Wonder what happens if you rev the crap out of it & drop the clutch?". Well you end up on your back while your bike decides to take a short ride without you.

First drop was stopping quickly with the handlebars turned, and it lurched past the point where I can keep it up. So I had to set it down lightly and pick it back up, while cars were waiting behind me. Haha. So yeah, pride for sure.

My body was very fatigue after sliding about 20 feet. That plus the gravitation effect from going down. No pride was lost--I just picked the bike up and rode home.

I was just blessed to be alive. I can replace everything up to including the whole motorcycle--but not my life!

There is that one saying about a motorcycle rider:

"There are two kinds of riders, those that have been down before and those that are going to go down!"

Mine had to be when i put it into a grassy field going round a corner. No one looking so no pride wasn't hurt just embrassing when you show up with grass and other earth things stuck to your bike. Locked up the bake brake and i smoked that off. The Fairing are still messed up. Never had the money to fix it all. Just replaced the right fairing.

Tumbling down the road attaining bodily positions that would have made a contortionist proud until gaining some semblance of control over the slide had my body rather tender for a few days...
