Quality Microfiber towels. Its pretty much all I use on my truck, bike, car, and in my detailing business.

Honda Polish & MircoFiber auto cloths from Costco. I cut them in half. Gives me 72 cloths. When they get too dirty for cleaing/polishing the fairings, I use 'em just like shop cloths for the dirtier jobs.

Honda polish of FW1 polish and a good microfiber towel. I also use a sponge brush with a little polish on it to get in the hard to reach areas like where the cables connect and stuff.

But im a little when it comes to cleanliness.
