As you well know, the Philippines is a third-world country and lacks the funding, necessary equipment/medicine, and trained personnel to cope with such tragedy . It was hit by a massive storm with water downfall that submerged most houses in the affected areas. People are still in evacuation centers and some areas are still under water days after the storm hit. All help will be greatly appreciated. Thank You

Tonight we're all bracing ourselves for a Type 5 Hurricane that's gonna hit us tonight and tomorrow. Most places are still waist deep or higher in water from Saturday's storm.
