After yesterday's untimely demise of the perfect stock f4i- I finally got the courage to take a few pics and evaluate the damage. I'm concerned about the front fork.







as you can see in this last photo - the handlebars are turned all the way to left, but the tire is sitting straight. Most of the rest is just cosmetic.

 

well it looks like the TX riders from the forum went down, but will get up again

 

damn straight. As long as everyone is ok to ride tomorrow - that's all that matters.

 

hell yeah i hope yall get back in the saddle lol and as for the fork damage, having not seen the bike in person, are the clip ons loose and just not aligned right? maybe they came loose and out of place..... cause fork replacement is not cheap......

Ditto, clip ons might have gotten knocked out of alignment, where is your triple clamp pointing when the wheel is tracking straight??

 

It is pointing to the left, so im hoping that the clips are just out of alignment, it thats the case we are looking at 1K MAX to fix everything, she wants to get it repainted burnt orange now b/c she goes to UT (Univ. of Texas @Austin.) and thats her fav color so we will see how much to paint it that way

 

ebay time, or sand them bitches down and bust out the rattlecan like i do when i get bored
