thanks

and for the v6/v8 thing, like I said, I really dont care what my car can/cant beat, what its equal to, etc... I just want a fun car to drive. And if anybodys wondering, I got a sixer simply because it was in my price range, rwd, and a 5-speed. Also, it being half the price of a v8 on insurance (and actually $100 less than my old civic) doesnt hurt either . I actually might do some research on a v8 swap... but nothing majors going to happen to the engine for a while... Im in wyotech for the next year

I just sold my 88 lx 5oh to get my cbr. Fun car but gotta say, since riding cars aren't much more than dull gas guzzlers that make do for when the weather doesn't permit...makes it hard to want to finish my 5.7 h/c/i 6spd iroc lol... This coming from someone who couldn't stop thinking about cars for the past 8 years.

i would say that wasn't a bad move at all getting rid of the stang for a cbr, and at least you still have the iroc, hope you finish it

yeah, if I didnt have a bike, Id be willing to give up my stang for one. Bikes will always (well, okay... 97% of the time) be more fun than cars.

dont waste money on the v8 swap..just twin turbo it..you will be pushing like 680 RWP ( a guy around here has one) and its soo sweet. im thinkin about throwin a twin turbo in my charger to have something different.

waste money? lmao, you could pick up a turnkey 03-04 blown 32v for what probably half of what it would cost to get anywhere close to 680rwhp out of a 6 and support it properly.
