What happened to the rear tail section?

 

the guy i bought it from messed it upwhenhe laid it down..so ive just left it alone for now..if im lucky the navy will pay for it b/c they dropped my bike while they moved it home for me and i claimed that on my form so we will see if they pay for it or not..if they do its a bonus..if not ill just have to shop e-bay and the bike yards till i find one
