yeah at some stoplight in sacramento lol but this was in elk grove area and as for pictures will come soon kicking it wit one of them soon lmao

No it isn't a forum for English. You are correct. However it is critical for communication. If you can't use the English language properly you can't communicate with others. The forum is a medium for communication. Do you see the connection here?

Chicks might dig them but we have NO clue what he was talking about and can't "enjoy" (do I even care that he revved at some car and got a girls number? Doesn't do me any good amirite? Not sure that I can (or care to) enjoy it.) his story or congratulate him on his "achievement" if we have no idea what it is because his post was communication fail.
