pretty easy trick actually... once you've seen it once.
If you select by color, and pick one of the blue tones. Copy it to a new layer. Then on the new layer fill it with a tone of black. Then do the same for the next blue tone.
I did it with only 2 tones - but if you do it properly you'll do a few tones and play with the output tones to get a near real look.
It's the same technique to colourize an old back and white photo...
Dang, I didnt even see you posted one. Thats kool thanks. I Have PS and Photo Illistrato, and ImageReady. I dont understand the color by layers thing. I just try to use the paint can, haha. Thanks!

my computer froze up when i was workin on this so i lost alot of the work i had already did. i hate starting over so here is just a fast mock up i did ... i know its no where near as good as it could be but oh well it give syou the right idea.
i actually really perfer it in black than the blue.. i think the color combo is awsome .. maybe i should play around with some other color combo's....? hmmm maybe if i get bored haha glad i could help
Then only other think i am looking into is possible makin the yellow into blue, so if you have time, and dont mind, you could try that!!! Thanks for the first one though!!
just remember that if you get a vinyl kit it will come in yellow, and not blue. i dont know how you would be able to get a different color kit made, unless you have access to a vinyl cutter.
I actually emailed a guy who makes these and he said he would be able to do them in blue, for $10 extra bucks. I was surprised he was able to do it
