Haha thats kinda funny! Out of all the cars, trucks, cab's and **** in downton NY they think that is the answer for "noise pollution" lol. How about tellin mafu*k*rs to chill the F out and stop layin on their horn every chance they get to tell someone to hurry up or F off!

i wont sign it sorry. its annoying as hell when people drive down the road at 2 am at 10,000 rpms with a D&D exhaust. which isnt needed.
it also says "Strait Pipe" or exhaust systems modified or baffles removed. it doesnt go into specifics about aftermarket exhausts and lacks detail.

How well has it helped? Point is some bikes with loud pipes probably only make up a small percentage.
