Default Passerby held up a "C" ?

I went for a ride yesterday; Was 50*! in Wisconsin. And a rider held up a "C" with his right hand as we passed. I thought "maybe he meant cop ahead?" Or it was just some gang sign. I didn't see any cops.

What do you think he meant?

Maybe you missed him closing and opening the C? If he was doing that with his index finger and thumb, that is the sign to tell you to turn off your turn signal.

Most likely...

The opening and closing of a C is a little known universal signal to check your lights.(function or activity) lol
