Pitsvtec and Thex hit the nail on the head! i guarentee its the $$$$$. i think its ****ty. you cant learn from your mistakes like that. and i've never seen her house.......but im certain its not tiny. hell, her bedroom is probably the size OF my house, lol. doesnt sound like much punishment to be put on house arrest in a damn mansion.

THE THINGS MONEY CAN BUY!

I'm a noob to america, what does this woman do? is she an actress?
She doesn't do anything. She was born into the Hilton family so I guess she is heiress to the Hilton hotels. Oh yea, she had a crappy TV show but I think that got cancelled.
well she does give head on home video......... not that her skinny *** was worth looking at durring it but hey for a free hotel room at the hilton I would let her blow me

It would do her good to serve out the whole sentence instead of getting out early. Maybe it would teach her some accountability... something everybody knows that she needs. All getting out early is going to show her is that no matter what she does, she's going to get away with less-than full punishment and/or a slap on the wrist. Hell, if it'd be anybody else, they'd have lost their license and sat in there for the duration unless they get out on good behavior... but I doubt it would be THIS early.

My first question is was the Judge out of line ordering her to jail for 45 days? Was that too harsh? The next question is was he out of line for halving it right away down to 23 days?

It sounds like, for her crimes the Sherriff thought it was too harsh and put her on house arrest. He used other excuses, but he is either crooked, or has a over energetic sense of right and wrong. Maybe he felt 4 or 5 days was long enough and the Judge was crazy? Any thoughts?

My bet is she will go back in, the news channelsare really screaming about this one.

damn it...i hate her. I was hoping there would be some relief from me seeing her on my TV.

Just shows you how money can get you what you want. ...pretty pathedic that she can do what she wants and now she knows she can get away with it, she will do it again.
