RE: Paris Hilton
If she does serve her time from my understanding, it will be done at the county jail in LA. Most likely, due to her celeb status, she will be kept in an isolation cell (Administrative Segregation) so she won't be with the regular inmates. She will be permitted an hour breakper dayto talk on the phone/exercise. The judge whom also sentenced her, was given an round of applause at his local church sunday for doing such an excellent job.

Somehow I don't think Paris is a menace to society. They should just impound her $600,000 Benze and auction it off for the proceeds to benefit me.

1. DUI
2. Driving with a suspended license
3. Driving with a suspended license AFTER getting caught once
4. The poor attitude she displayed (reportedly) during her probation hearing (?)
she most definately is a mennace to society (or at least to the social order we call the rule of law in this country)
especially when a lot of young people look up to these so called "role models" (or at least in the sense that they aspire to have luxurious and glamorous lives like those "celebrities" so they try to immitate them in the hopes that it will bring them closer to those "idols") But I agree, they should impound her car, and auction it, donating the proceeds to charity (although MADD would be my recipient of choice)
