So she is supposed to go to jail, but I have read she may "get off" with no jail time due to threats. I think she belongs in prison, and would like to see the accompanying videos...

what is she supposed to serve time for? i didnt have any cable or local tv channels at my old apartment and i dont follow this type of stuff.... so fill me in

 

Something about her violating her probation by not doing service or paying fines or something from a previous DUI.
I hope she goes in for the full 45 day sentence and the judge throws out the appeal. With all the stuff she's done, she deserves a smack in the face.

Yeah really. That or she'll go to the resort that Martha Stewart went to which was just a ranch in Montana or something.

 

There was a corrections director on the news the other day saying that overcrowding is such a problem at there that if she does go to prison, she will most likely only serve 10% of her sentence which is about 5 days.
